HC Licence Eligibility
To enrol in the Heavy Combination (HC) truck licence course, you must meet the following requirements:
Licence Requirements

Hold a valid WA C-Class licence for at least 3 years -
Hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) licence for at least 1 year.
Vision Requirements

Pass the Department of Transport (DoT) eye test before training begins. -
If you wear glasses or contact lenses for driving, you must wear them during the test. -
Any vision issues must be resolved before training starts.
Medical Conditions

Disclose any medical conditions that may impact your ability to drive or train. -
Your case may be referred to the DoT for clearance. Additional medical checks may be required.
General Entry Requirements
