TLIC3004 – Drive Heavy Rigid Vehicle
Having an HR Licence allows the holder to drive a Heavy Rigid Vehicle, more than 8 tonne Gross Vehicle Mass (no axle limit) +/- trailer (max 9 tonne Gross Vehicle Mass). Perfect for delivery trucks, garbage trucks, and small freight vehicles.
TLIC3005 – Drive Heavy Combination Vehicle
An HC Licence allows the holder to drive Prime movers with attached single semi-trailer or Heavy Rigid (HR class) vehicles with attached trailer with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) greater than 9,000 kg. Essential for interstate trucking and large freight operations.
TLIC3005 – Drive Heavy Combination Vehicle

The MR Licence qualifies you to operate Medium Rigid trucks and buses with two axles and over 8,000 kg GVM. Perfect for metro delivery work, public buses, tip trucks, and trades-based transport roles.
